If you usually receive your verification code via e-mail, check your Spam, Junk Mail, and Promotions folders. Make sure to add our domain "no-reply@speedy.io" to your list of 'safe senders'. If you do not receive it after these steps, contact our Customer Service team.
If you usually receive your code via SMS, follow the procedures below:
Check if you have signal. If not, find an open area where you can get a better signal. Try turning your phone off and on again; sometimes putting it in airplane mode and then turning off airplane mode also works.
If you are traveling abroad, your roaming system may be blocking the SMS; try using a local phone provider.
